6:00 PM - 7:00 PMAdath Israel Sukkah PlazaShabbat Neshama is back! Join Mitch Cohen for a spirited, spiritual outdoor Kaballat Shabbat service featuring the music of Jerusalem's Nava Tehillah. BYOC - bring your own lawn chairs and feel free to bring instruments (i.e. bongos, shakers, guitars). All are welcome to join the jamboree! This event is open to all people regardless of vaccination status, though unvaccinated people 2 and older are required to wear masks and maintain social distance from those outside their household. Masks and distancing optional for those who are vaccinated.
If it rains, we will be inside the social hall.
By registering you agree to the following expectations for the event:
1) Masks are optional for fully vaccinated people.
2) Unvaccinated people age 2 and older will wear masks* and keep at least 6 feet of social distance from those outside their household. Seats will be assigned to maintain distance.
3) I do not have a temperature or Covid-19 symptoms and did not test positive for Covid**
4) I will notify the synagogue office if I or someone I am in close contact with develops Covid.
*Unvaccinated kids and adults can remove masks occasionally to eat and drink as long as they are at least 6 feet away from those outside their household
**You may attend if all of the following are true:
1) It has been 10 days since your symptoms first appeared or since your positive test
2) You have not had a fever in the past 24 hours and have not used fever-reducing medication
3) Other symptoms of COVID-19 are improving (exceptions to this are loss of taste and smell, which can persist for weeks or months after recovery and need not delay attendance)
4) If a longer isolation time was recommended by a health care provider and has been completed
