The menu for the evening will feature Israeli delicacies from generations, catered by Café Alma.

Between each course, the chefs at Café Alma will present a culinary explanation of the dish, as well as appropriate wine pairings. Vegan main course is available (tofu), please specify in notes *

Tuna Poke (Blackened Tuna with a mango relish, pomegranate seeds and a lime-soy dressing)

Mediterranean Affogato (vanilla ice cream, cookie crumbles, rose water, coconut, walnuts, espresso)
